• Material – 100% Cotton percale or 80/20 Cotton or Denier fabric of 225 to 600 TC satin stripe or plain weave.

• Warp @30s/40s/60s and Weft @30s/40s/60s, Single pick insertion.

• Design – Plain weave or different width satin stripe weave.

• Finishing – a) Duvet cover: Flat sheet with 1 inch hem on 2 sides, plain bag finish with 9” inner flap and merrowing on top side. Stitching Standard: 8 stitches/inch.

• b) Pillow cover: Flat sheet with 1 inch hem on 2 sides, plain bag finish with 6” inner flap and merrowing on top side. Stitching Standard: 8 stitches/inch.
